Refund policy

POLICY OF CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Please note that we order our flowers when you submit your order, thus please do not cancel your order. We'd prefer to reschedule with you! If you absolutely must cancel, please call 1-825-437-3166 or send an email to info@giveherflowers.ca by 10:00 p.m. MST the day before your delivery. After that, we're afraid we won't be able to provide you with a refund or an exchange.

Within 5 business days, if you are authorized, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be credited to your credit card or original mode of payment.
